I work with people who are seeking a confidential space to talk through their financial goals and dreams, and what is stopping them from moving forward. Clients who are a good fit are willing to do the deep work of being honest, vulnerable, and emotionally transparent or if they haven’t learned those skills, are willing to take the steps to learn them.

Research shows that one problem requires at least 14 weeks to see a transformational shift, if the client is willing to talk through and be vulnerable/honest during their coaching sessions. Anna Waters has worked on personal and spiritual growth herself for over 25 years, and her life bears proof that continuous work means continuing results!! Coaching is like archeology. Archeologists dig in an area that they think they will discover a rare artifact or historical building, and then they painstakingly take small, calculated steps with specific tools, to uncover the beauty underneath the surface. I seek out specialists who have repeatedly achieved amazing results because of their training, skills and background knowledge. The same investment principle is true when it comes to professional, personal, and spiritual issues as well as finances.

When researching options for finding a great coach, make sure that there’s a great fit in terms of the coach’s training, skills and background knowledge. If their lives bear the fruit of their performance, and their values align with yours, it makes sense to hire that professional coach to help you meet your goals.
