Research shows that one desired area of change requires at least 14 weeks to see a transformational shift, if the client is willing to talk through and be vulnerable/honest during their coaching sessions. Anna has worked on personal and spiritual growth herself for over 20 years, and her life bears proof that continuous work means continuing results!!

At the end of each session, you will see what you uncovered during the session, and have at least one action step to take to get closer to your goal to become a mom.
