I began to hone and craft how to successfully navigate life and finances to come to a place of peace, acceptance, belonging, love, and fulfillment after walking through several difficult seasons in the past two decades, including 

  • a six year infertility journey, 

  • losing my late husband at age 40 to cancer, 

  • my brother’s severe disabilities and how they effected our family, 

  • conflicts and challenges as a general and special education teacher and district office administrator

  • Grieving both of my parents end-of-life and nursing care during long-term illnesses 

  • Grieving the loss of being a stay-at-home mom to become a single, working mom

  • Dating after 40

I work with my coaching clients to discover their own path – to deliver the results they seek in their lives, whether that is becoming financially secure in your 20’s, beginning retirement planning in your 30’s, starting over in your 40’s, a career shift in your 50’s, balancing the sandwich generation in your 60’s, empty nesting fun in your 70’s, exploring volunteer opportunities in your 80’s, travelling in your 90’s, or starting a new business or hobby after 100.

  • I work with people who are willing to do the deep work of being vulnerable, honest and emotionally transparent.

  • Research shows that one problem requires at least 14 weeks to see a transformational shift, if the client is willing to talk through and be vulnerable/honest during their coaching sessions. Anna has worked on personal and spiritual growth herself for over 20 years, and her life bears proof that continuous work means continuing results!!

  • At the end of each session, you will see what you uncovered during the session, and have action steps to take for a brighter future.

  • Financial burdens. When we invest in seeing a doctor when we’re sick - it’s painful but worth the cost to invest in our physical difficulties. I seek out specialists who have repeatedly achieved amazing results because of their training, skills and background knowledge. The same investment principle is true when it comes to professional, personal, and spiritual issues as well.

    When researching options for finding a great coach, make sure that there’s a great fit in terms of the coach’s training, skills and background knowledge. If their lives bear the fruit of their performance, and their values align with yours, it makes sense to hire that professional coach to help you meet your goals.
